This position will operate in a fully remote work environment, enabling the LCSW to engage with clients where they feel most comfortable while maintaining an integral part of our team-oriented culture. Utilizing telehealth technologies, you will conduct sessions in a secure and private manner, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care. You will engage with other healthcare professionals via video conferencing platforms to maintain integrated care strategies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically for clients undergoing detoxification.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and addiction specialists to formulate and modify personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing both psychological and emotional needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, ensuring appropriate referrals and follow-ups to facilitate continued support and care.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions while adhering to all HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to refine therapeutic strategies and share insights, fostering a culture of learning and support among peers.

Compensation and Benefits\n
