Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, identifying mental health challenges, social determinants of health, and developing individualized treatment goals.

• Provide personalized one-on-one counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, addressing a wide variety of mental health and psychosocial issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, allowing clients to connect over shared experiences, while also offering psychoeducation to enhance their understanding of mental health topics.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions and achievable outcomes, regularly evaluating progress to ensure effectiveness.

• Deliver crisis intervention services which include assessing risk factors, formulating safety plans, and coordinating immediate support resources wherever needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
