Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform, utilizing techniques appropriate for a virtual setting.

• Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that reflect their unique goals and challenges, reviewing and adjusting as necessary.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, employing assessment skills to guide clients to appropriate resources and support.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans to meet both organizational and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and our therapists play a crucial role in dismantling barriers to access by providing culturally competent care. By engaging empathetically with clients, you can help foster resilience and support their personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Active California LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license, or eligibility to pursue licensure.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated ability and experience working with diverse populations and understanding multicultural dynamics in therapy.

• Strong virtual communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients through digital platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional backgrounds in crisis management or specific therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care) are highly preferred. Experience with digital mental health tools and previous teletherapy experience will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
