Facilities Coordinator

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match options, PTO/Sick time options Responsibilities: Compile, record, and maintain facility maintenance and production data. Generate and distribute work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and work tickets. Track, coordinate, and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities. Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to maintenance operations and production activities. Process employee timecards, payroll-related data, and administrative records. Manage work order lifecycles including receiving, prioritizing, assigning, tracking, and closing work requests. Perform administrative quality control reviews and maintain completed work order files. Assist with purchasing, inventory management, invoicing, billing, purchase orders, and task orders. Support management with reporting, contract deliverables tracking, meeting coordination, and general administrative functions. Maintain data accuracy and integrity within DMLSS-FM/LogiCole systems. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience performing similar production control, maintenance coordination, or administrative support duties. Experience supporting facilities maintenance operations, preferably within healthcare or hospitality At least 2 years of office administration experience. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), preferably DMLSS-FM/LogiCole. Strong organizational, scheduling, reporting, and data management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
