401(k) & Insurance Service Associate

Support the client service experience of a Top 25 Twin Cities CPA & Wealth Management firm—where relationships, responsiveness, and operational excellence matter. DSB Rock Island is hiring a Retirement Plan Service Associate to support retirement plan administration, insurance operations, and wealth management client service in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. What You’ll Do Support 401(k) administration and retirement plan operations Assist with insurance applications, claims, and policy servicing Coordinate client service requests and follow-up activities Maintain service calendars, records, and account documentation Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and client meeting materials Support financial administration and account maintenance Partner with advisors and operations leadership to deliver exceptional client service What We’re Looking For Strong organization and attention to detail Client-first mindset with strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Process improvement and problem-solving mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Education & Experience 2+ years of administrative and/or operations experience in professional services or accounting Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Why DSB Rock Island?
