Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Ascend Mind Journey, you will:

• Conduct individual and couple therapy sessions, addressing various family dynamics and mental health challenges.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices, tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Work with families to address issues including but not limited to: alcohol and substance use, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication challenges.
\n
• Design and implement treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic techniques suitable for blended families, adjustments during parental separation or divorce, and resolution of conflicts among siblings.
\n
• Provide consultation and support to family members experiencing stress related to job demands or medical issues.
\n
• Document client progress and maintain compliance with all clinical documentation standards.
\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
