Position: Business Support Center Representative
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Duration: 10/19/2026 – 04/19/2027
Shift: Days
Schedule: 37.5 Hours/Week | Monday–Friday | Hybrid (On-site as Required)
Pay Rate: $22/hr.
Finance and/or Supply Chain support experience is required.
Experience supporting HR, Finance, and Supply Chain functions concurrently is required.
Workday experience is required and ERP system experience is preferred.
Candidates must be located within the NYC area and able to commute on-site as required.
Do not submit candidates located outside the NYC metropolitan area.
Required Experience
Strong customer service experience supporting employees through phone, email, and case management.
Experience supporting Workday HCM and/or Workday ERP transactions, user inquiries, and ticket resolution.
Experience supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions in Workday or another ERP platform.
Experience supporting HR, Finance, and Supply Chain functions concurrently .
Experience with HR operations, employee self-service, recruiting, payroll, benefits, compensation, absence management, and performance management.
Experience documenting, tracking, troubleshooting, and resolving employee issues through a case management system.
Experience working with ERP systems in addition to Workday.
Required Education
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Education
Associate's Degree or vocational training in HR, Communications, or a related field.

Provide Tier 1 support for employee inquiries via phone, email, and case management tools.
Support Workday ERP and Workday HCM transactions, user inquiries, and ticket resolution.
Process HR transactions related to recruiting, payroll, benefits, compensation, absence, and employee self-service.
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Research, and other business teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Document, track, and escalate employee cases when appropriate.
Perform outbound follow-up communications to ensure first-touch resolution whenever possible.
Support HR knowledge base content, policy updates, and process documentation.
Assist with testing Workday enhancements and identify process improvement opportunities.
Train new HR Resource Center Representatives as needed.
