# Physical TherapistHome health PT — Methuen, Essex CountyMethuen, MA · (978) 441-9444Precision Homecare is hiring a licensed physical therapist for home health in Methuen, MA. You will evaluate patients, develop rehab plans, and supervise PTAs in the community.Location: Methuen, MA (home visits in Essex County, Middlesex County, Suffolk County, Norfolk County) · Office: 225 Broadway, Suite 201## Responsibilities* Evaluate patient's physical condition and develop rehabilitative plans of care* Collaborate with attending physicians to obtain orders* Provide education to patients and families* Set achievable goals and work toward discharge* May act as primary case manager in the absence of nursing discipline* Supervise PTAs assisting in implementation of the plan of care## Requirements* Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program* Current state license as a Physical Therapist* Clinical experience preferred* Current CPR certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
