We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in QuickBooks Online, a strong background in payroll processing, and the ability to manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable efficiently. This position requires someone who can oversee vendor payments and ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain QuickBooks Online with expert proficiency.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Process vendor payments and manage financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience.
• Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience in payroll processing and financial management.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• CPA license is a big plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Previous experience in financial branch management, financial services, or other related fields
• Knowledge of common banking practices
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure
