Accounts Receivable Specialist-W. Palm Beach

Our client in W. Palm Beach is seeking a detail-oriented onsite, contract to hire Accounts Receivable Specialist to support cash application, reconciliations, and day-to-day AR operations.


Responsibilities:

• Post cash receipts and process credit card payments
• Reconcile bank activity and credit card statements
• Review and process AR adjustments
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Partner with internal teams on short payments and account issues

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of AR experience
• Associate's in Accounting preferred
• Strong Excel and data entry skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
