Job Responsibilities Main Responsibility is to ensure in unbeatable CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Answer phones: respond to customer calls and emails, answer questions and redirect calls Log updates in our management system Log updates for the Rental Car Companies in regards to status of vehicle via online portal Update customers status of vehicle via text, email or phone call, working with Production manager updating production log..
