Your Core Responsibilities Oversee Workers’ Compensation cases, including intake, claim filing, and ongoing coordination with carriers and internal stakeholders Coordinate concurrent leave designations (e.g., FMLA with Workers’ Compensation) Review medical restrictions and facilitate return‑to‑work or accommodation processes in collaboration with leadership Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations Track and report on claims activity, trends, and lost time; provide insights to leadership Partner with Safety and HR teams to identify injury trends and support prevention strategies What You Bring 3–5+ years of experience in leave administration and Workers’ Compensation case management Strong working knowledge of FMLA, PFL, DBL, ADA, and Workers’ Compensation coordination Experience managing high‑volume caseloads with strong attention to detail Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Valid NYS Drivers license and willingness to drive to all Lifetime Assistance locations, as needed Our Mission & Culture Mission-Driven Work: Empowering individuals to live with independence and purpose—here, your work truly matters.
