Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounting department to maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.
Responsibilities
Enter daily financial data and transactions
Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
Productivity and performance tracking
Data analysis and variance identification
Qualifications
Associates Degree in accounting, business administration or finance
QuickBooks certified pro advisor, certified bookeeper or certified public bookkeeper
2 plus years experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
Demonstrated experience in dispute and bank resolution
Advanced expertise in QuickBooks and standard remote deposit capture banking software
Strong Excel skills for manipulating data and building internal productivity reports
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Discretion and trustworthiness
