Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that adhere to best practices and company standards.

• Provide therapy to clients, managing a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time therapists.
\n
• Engage in creative therapeutic interventions that encourage clients to set and exceed their personal goals.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records including assessments, treatment plans, and detailed case notes, complying with organizational policies.

• Work in collaboration with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff to coordinate comprehensive service delivery.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Foster a positive and supportive workplace culture by contributing to team dynamics and collaborative efforts.

You will be working with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, and families navigating various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current LMFT PA clinical license is mandatory.

• Experience in completing clinical documentation, including treatment plans and case notes, is essential.

• Proven ability to maintain timely and organized documentation of services.

• Strong boundary-setting skills are necessary to ensure professional interactions with clients.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to equitable care are highly valued.

• Proficiency in Office 365 and experience with Electronic Health Record systems, with Valant experience preferred.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Middle Blossom Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, therapists will benefit from a sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and a compensation structure that includes hourly pay plus commission on client sessions. Other benefits include paid holidays, including your birthday, access to a Continuing Education Library for ongoing professional development, and paid time for administrative tasks such as documentation and consultations.
