Administrative Assistant
Description: 8 hrs./day, 10-month calendar 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Effective Date of Employment: Beginning of the 2026-27 school year Application Deadline: June 30, 2026 4:00 p.m. Application Procedures: Apply on-line at Qualifications: High school graduate. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with public, staff and students. Ability to manage/prioritize/complete work assignments from multiple sources in a timely fashion. Strong oral communication skills, including the ability to deal with confidential material. Excellent phone communication skills. Creative problem-solver Team oriented. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel & Campus preferred. Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally, ethnically, racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred. Responsibilities: Responsible for answering telephones and parent/student contact. Responsible for processing student attendance and census information. General secretarial duties as needed. Other duties as assigned.
