About the Role
Account Executive Healthcare SaaS
Location: In-office, Miami Florida
Travel: Some travel required for workshops
Compensation: $85K base salary | OTE $170K (realistically achievable)
Our client, a leading Healthcare SaaS provider, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive sales of their cutting-edge practice management software to doctors and office managers.
This is an in-office position based in Miami, with occasional travel for workshops. The primary focus of this role is delivering impactful product demonstrations, engaging in consultative sales discussions, and closing deals.
Proven sales process, strong market demand The companys innovative Healthcare SaaS platform is experiencing rapid growth, creating significant opportunities for sales professionals to exceed OTE expectations.
Qualified leads provided The company has a high-performing BDR team consistently booking meetings with key decision-makers, allowing you to focus on demonstrating value and closing deals rather than spending time on cold outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact product demonstrations and consultative sales discussions
- Close high-value SaaS deals within the healthcare sector
- Leverage a strong pipeline of pre-booked meetings from a dedicated BDR team
- Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and office managers
- Travel occasionally to attend workshops and industry events
What Were Looking For
- 7-10 years of SaaS sales experience (experience selling into the healthcare industry is a strong asset)
- Demonstrated ability to conduct software demos and close complex deals
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding six-figure OTE targets
- Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to engage with healthcare decision-makers
- A self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
