Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough preliminary interviews with clients, collecting detailed case histories from the initial consultation through to the conclusion of treatment.
\n
• Assess clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health through a combination of interviews, observations, and standardized assessment tools.
\n
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans addressing the specific needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
\n
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care doctors, nurses, and social workers, to design comprehensive intervention strategies.
\n
• Maintain follow-up communications with hospitals and other necessary healthcare providers for clients who may be admitted for inpatient care.
\n
• Identify, address, and mitigate behaviors that may hinder recovery, ensuring safety and a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Support family members and caregivers by providing education and guidance on managing their loved ones’ mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Robina Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction disorders, and relationship difficulties. Your compassionate approach and professional expertise will be instrumental in helping them navigate these complexities and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.
\n
• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
\n
• Demonstrated experience as a mental health counselor in an outpatient setting.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly AVATAR, is highly desirable.
\n
• A strong understanding of the physical and emotional health conditions and addiction disorders that may affect clients.
\n
• Knowledge of best practices as outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
\n
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
\n
• A warm, empathetic demeanor combined with exceptional interpersonal skills.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience developing and implementing therapeutic interventions for various mental health diagnoses.

• Background in using telehealth modalities to provide counseling services to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
