Senior Corporate Development Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
As a full-time Senior Corporate Development Manager working remotely, the successful candidate will shape long-term growth strategies through strategic partnerships and acquisitions, managing critical deal workstreams and collaborating with Vanta's executive team on key decisions. Key responsibilities Partner closely with Vanta leaders to define strategy and assess growth opportunities Drive CorpDev processes end-to-end, including due diligence and post-deal integration Develop and present business case memos and financial analyses to support decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Development, VC/PE, or Investment Banking Demonstrable ability to manage M&A and strategic partnership opportunities end-to-end Top-notch financial modeling and analytical skills Domain knowledge of GRC & Security end markets is a plus
