Leading a talented fundraising organization, the full-time Senior Vice President of Development will drive innovative strategies, manage significant donor relationships, and ensure long-term sustainability while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a multi-year fundraising strategy to advance organizational mission and priorities Manage and cultivate relationships with high-capacity donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic leaders Lead and inspire a team of development professionals to foster a culture of innovation and accountability Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 10+ years of progressive fundraising, philanthropy, or business development leadership experience Proven success in securing major gifts Experience leading high-performing fundraising teams and multi-channel development strategies Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
