Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring that all aspects of the patient's needs are addressed.
• Provide expert consultations to healthcare providers regarding the continuum of care for patients to facilitate comprehensive recovery.
• Implement treatment regimens, re-evaluate patient progress, and make necessary adjustments to the treatment plan based on observed outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, overseeing both written and electronic records while ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and professional standards.
• Supervise assigned support staff, including Physical Therapy Assistants, aides, and students, facilitating their development and engagement in patient care.

Qualifications
