Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for new clients to identify their specific mental health challenges and strengths.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that detail clear goals and interventions, regularly adjusting them based on client progress.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, ensuring that care is coordinated and comprehensive.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to improve clients' therapeutic experience and community connection.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment to ensure client safety and effective response to urgent situations.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to support client care continuity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, in addition to performance-based bonuses. Our compensation package includes:
