Medical Lab Scientist

We are seeking a qualified Medical Lab Scientist to join our team, specifically in the Emergency Room Lab. This position is available for a three-day shift from Thursday to Saturday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical laboratory science and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Point of Care Testing (POC) as required.
• Assist with clerical duties as assigned by nursing and laboratory management to support operational needs.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards in laboratory procedures.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • MLS certification through ASCP or equivalent.
  • Full licensure; candidates with an associate's degree will not be considered.
• Preferred:
  • Knowledge of Point of Care Testing.
