What You Will Do

• Conduct both routine and specialized laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for reliability, resolve discrepancies, and carry out necessary maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Engage in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, support the onboarding of new team members, and promote laboratory excellence in quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, organized workspace in compliance with relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree along with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Certifications

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
