Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading recruiting activities including discovering top talent, building a strong employment brand, and building great relationships with both candidates and Team Members. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team of recruiters focused on both field and corporate recruiting. The Talent Acquisition Manger will oversee sourcing, screening, selecting, and placing qualified candidates in a timely manner to meet the staffing needs of the organization while ensuring compliance with EEO and ADA guidelines as well as Company policies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Partner with business and HR leaders to develop proactive staffing and talent acquisition strategies. Serve as a talent advisor by identifying workforce challenges and recommending solutions based on business needs, market conditions, recruiting results, and talent trends.Analyze recruiting, retention, quality of hire, pipeline, sourcing, and hiring data to identify trends and opportunities. Translate insights into actionable recommendations and continuously improve recruiting strategies and processes.Develop and implement innovative talent attraction strategies, including sourcing channels, talent pipelines, recruiting campaigns, community partnerships, employment branding, technology, and other approaches tailored to specific markets and positions.Lead and continuously evaluate the organization’s flexible recruiting support model, ensuring the appropriate level of Talent Acquisition partnership based on business needs. Identify opportunities for additional recruiting support, consultation, and training.Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders by providing guidance on recruiting strategy, candidate selection, interviewing, market conditions, and hiring best practices.Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and support to the Talent Acquisition team. Set strategic priorities, drive accountability, and foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Oversee recruiting efforts across the organization, utilizing a variety of sourcing and selection strategies. Personally manage select corporate, leadership, critical, and hard-to-fill positions as needed.Lead employment branding and talent attraction initiatives that strengthen candidate awareness, engagement, and the organization’s ability to attract qualified talent.Oversee recruitment and selection activities, including screening, interviews, assessments, pre-employment checks, offers, and other selection processes.Stay current on recruiting practices, technology, candidate behaviors, and labor market trends to identify opportunities to strengthen the organization’s talent acquisition strategy.Lead or participate in additional projects and perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
