Role Description
The HCM Solutions Developer will create, maintain, test, develop and move to production all integrations for HRIS in Workday and UKG.
- Security Administrator and primary integration developer for HRIS
- Participate in discovery sessions for new integration set-up
- Creation, maintenance, design, test, optimization, develop and set-up of integration solutions; including, but not limited to, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), inbounds, outbounds, API, BIRT Reporting in Studio integrations and cloud connector
- Map documents for integrations
- Create complex inbound and outbound integrations, studio integrations, cloud connector, EIBs including XSLT integrations
- Create business form layouts as needed
- Maintain and troubleshoot as needed current integrations in Workday and UKG
- Develop calculating fields for reporting
- Provide support for post-go live and maintenance of integrations
- Copy integrations built from Preview, Sandbox or Developer environments to Production
- Create user based and role-based security groups
- Understand complex business processes and requirement to develop solutions
- Create XSLT scripts for integrations to transform XML data
- Serve as team member backup as needed
- Identify potential risks, and problem areas and develop procedures that provide effective workarounds to the problem at hand
- Develop detailed specifications including integration diagrams for design, application configuration, and requirements
- Each employee is responsible for implementing SJRMC’s Service Standards into their daily work: Safety, Courtesy, Effectiveness, and Stewardship
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Five (5) years’ experience with Workday HCM Module and UKG (Kronos)
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Defined Critical Thinking skills
- Experience working with IT implementations involving integration components
- Experience in designing and developing applications on different cloud platforms integrations
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Requirements
- Five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources (Preferred)
- Five (5) years’ experience in Health Care (Preferred)
- Workday Pro Certification (Integration and/or Studio) (Preferred)
