Job Description Commercial Lines Producer (2-20 Licensed)
Job Summary Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a high-growth insurance agency platform. Compensation Package
- Base Salary/Draw: Provided during the ramp-up period.
- Incentives:
- Aggressive new business commissions.
- Renewal commissions.
- Performance-based bonuses.

- Work Environment: Flexible structure with in-office, hybrid, or remote options.
- Travel: Local networking and client meetings as needed.
- Generate and close new commercial business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
- Lead discussions on coverage and risk strategies with clients.
- Develop and present customized insurance programs tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with a dedicated account management team to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Utilize AMS360 to manage pipeline, submissions, and workflows efficiently.
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License (REQUIRED).
- Experience:
- Proven success as a commercial lines producer.
- Demonstrated ability to generate $100K+ in new business revenue annually.
- Experience structuring and presenting complex insurance programs.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 is preferred.
