Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions that are personalized to promote clients' emotional well-being, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly tracking and measuring progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services, accommodating clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual counseling options.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse client populations, including individuals and families experiencing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
