Recruitment Assistant needed for a large Healthcare Union! This position will be long term temporary with potential for temp-to-direct hire for the right candidate. It will be fully onsite , Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm. Our client is looking for someone with a background in Human Resources, and experience supporting recruitment activities. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Support recruiters and team by providing training to Union Member Candidates (healthcare professionals) and resources to enhance their skills for placement in various opportunities in the healthcare field
- Assist in creation of recruitment materials, job postings and advertisements in order to draw a diverse, qualified, candidate pool
- Conduct interviews, attend job fairs, networking events, and recruitment forums and match candidates with openings
- Use the Applicant Tracking System to assist with organizing recruitment processes and workflow; upload and updated candidate resumes and information, and track data
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition (preferably in healthcare or non-profit)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
