We are seeking two dedicated Speech Language Pathologists:

• One SLP will be responsible for providing supervision to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) along with case management across both an elementary and a high school campus.
• The second SLP will focus on direct therapy services and case management at a single campus.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license is required.
• Experience supporting students across a broad age range (K-12) is strongly preferred.
• Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is highly desirable.
• Must complete or verify fingerprint background check through TEA (process may take up to 10 business days).
• Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills are fundamental.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy and interventions.
• Case manage assignments, maintaining compliance with all documentation and reporting standards.
• For one SLP: provide supervision, mentorship, and support to SLPAs.
• Foster a positive learning environment to enhance student communication skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, school staff, and families.

This is a full-time role, up to 37.5 hours per week, with a likely itinerant assignment between an elementary and a high school, working with K-12 students.
