Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments utilizing standardized tools to determine client needs and formulate comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions based on scientifically supported frameworks, primarily focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, providing clients with valuable resources and a sense of belonging.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to develop holistic treatment strategies that address the multifaceted nature of our clients' issues.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring clients receive the help they need when they need it.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring clarity and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
