Job Summary

A Seattle-based construction organization is seeking a highly organized Project Administrator for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting residential, commercial, and office construction projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping projects organized, documentation accurate, and communication moving between project managers, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.

The Project Administrator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day project coordination, schedules, documentation, financial tracking, and closeout activities. This is a strong opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and wants to contribute to successful project delivery while building a long-term career path.

This position is well suited for a proactive administrative professional who enjoys teamwork, supportive leadership, and being a trusted resource for busy project teams. The right candidate will help keep critical details from falling through the cracks and support a positive, collaborative project environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers, engineers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Set up, maintain, and organize project files, documentation, reports, logs, drawings, specifications, contracts, and closeout records.
- Assist with schedules, deadlines, milestones, meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, follow-up items, and project status updates.
- Support construction documentation processes including submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, contracts, vendor information, and subcontractor documentation.
- Track project expenses, invoices, purchase orders, billing documentation, and other project-related financial details as needed.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $70,000 to $85,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Seattle, WA.
