Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients’ mental health needs and personal strengths.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to formulate and implement client-specific treatment plans.

• Facilitate risk assessments and evidence-based crisis interventions as necessary to ensure client safety and to provide immediate support.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enrich the therapeutic experience and support community building among clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Engage in continuing education to remain updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and practices to deliver the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various psychosocial challenges. Your work will extend to addressing issues such as grief, relationship dynamics, and mental health disorders. This role is pivotal in helping clients navigate through their struggles while promoting overall emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
