Client Account Manager

A law firm located in downtown Manhattan is looking for a full-time Client Accounts Coordinator to join our accounting department. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Client Accounts Coordinator will assist in ensuring that all invoices are accurate & sent in a timely manner and will perform a monthly billing reconciliation. Duties/Responsibilities Review monthly drafts and make necessary edits, as instructed by attorneys Create invoice batches and send to clients Work with attorneys on appeals Submit budgets as needed Perform monthly billing reconciliation to ensure all billing has been sent Performs other related duties as assigned Skills/Abilities Law firm & ebilling experience required Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel Education and Experience At least three years of law firm billing experience required #J-18808-Ljbffr Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford P.C.
