Conduct initial phone interviews. Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers and internal teams. Draft and post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. Provide administrative support for recruitment‑related tasks and initiatives. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. High attention to detail and organizational capabilities. Discretion in handling confidential information.
