What You’ll Do

As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial operations and supporting business success:

• Manage Accounts Payable Receivable with precision and timeliness
• Process invoices, track payments, and reconcile discrepancies
• Perform bank and account reconciliations Prepare and post journal entries
• Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with budgeting, audits, and financial reporting
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth financial operations
• Uphold strict confidentiality of financial and employee information

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking top talent—motivated, reliable, and experienced professionals who take pride in their work:

• 2–4+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Accounts Payable Receivable
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
