Make a tangible difference in K-12 student communication as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) within a supportive and collaborative school environment. This contract opportunity is available for the remainder of the school year, with the chance to shape your schedule and support a variety of campuses. You'll have the autonomy to plan your caseload across up to three schools, ensuring flexibility while you lend critical support to Speech Language Pathologists with large student populations.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license required
• Previous experience working with K-12 or school-based populations preferred
• Adaptability in communication, organization, and time management
• Comfortable commuting between multiple schools per week
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work under a supervising SLP

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, evidence-based communication therapy to K-12 students under SLP supervision
• Collect data and assist in the ongoing development of individualized treatment plans
• Manage and update accurate student records related to speech/language goals and progress
• Communicate effectively with supervising SLPs, educators, and other multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain schedules and coordinate sessions across up to three assigned campuses each week
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and participation
