In this role, you’ll have the unique ability to craft your own schedule while collaborating closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across the district. Typically, you’ll be assigned up to three schools and will play a vital part in delivering direct therapy, collecting valuable data, and reinforcing treatment plans—empowering student success at every step.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license or eligibility in the state of Kansas
• Prior experience in K–12 settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under the direction of an SLP
• Comfort with traveling between multiple school campuses each week
• Dedication to supporting students in diverse and inclusive environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver communication therapy services to K–12 students under SLP supervision
• Implement treatment plans and adjust sessions as advised by supervising SLPs
• Collect, document, and report data tracking student progress
• Communicate regularly with SLPs and other staff to ensure consistency of services
• Schedule and manage your weekly site visits for up to three schools, maintaining flexibility to balance needs across the district
