Work Environment

This full-time position is based on-site at our vibrant outpatient clinic located in Santa Ana, California. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate patients' physical capabilities and limitations, developing tailored treatment programs based on medical referrals.
• Implement personalized exercise regimens and therapeutic interventions to facilitate rehabilitation for various conditions including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine injuries.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel valued and understood throughout their recovery journey.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide patient education and training, empowering individuals and their caregivers to comprehend treatment plans and facilitate home exercises.
• Achieve productivity goals and contribute to the overall operational efficiency of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Theradynamics, you will work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and other physical impairments. Your role will involve addressing specific rehabilitation needs while fostering a supportive environment that encourages ongoing communication and trust.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy in California.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient in verifiable written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in using computer systems for documentation and patient management.
• Ability to build strong relationships with patients and stakeholders, enabling them to achieve and exceed their functional goals.
• Demonstrated desire to connect positively with patients, colleagues, and the community.

Preferred Experience

• Previous clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy settings, particularly focusing on a range of specialties such as orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice and rehabilitation methodologies.
• Experience promoting wellness and preventative care principles within patient interactions.

Compensation and Benefits
