The Health Coast Behavioral Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Health Therapist to join our dynamic team in Santa Ana, California. Work Environment

Located in the vibrant community of Santa Ana, our outpatient office offers a welcoming environment where staff and patients alike can thrive. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care. Our facilities are equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technologies, enabling you to deliver high-quality treatments tailored to individual needs. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical health status and needs through comprehensive evaluations, providing in-depth insights for personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education on injury prevention.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while using electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans, ensuring cohesive care strategies.
• Conduct regular progress evaluations and re-assessments to track patients' improvements and adapt therapy routines as necessary.
• Guide patients in understanding their conditions, promoting adherence to exercises and therapy regimens for optimal recovery.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending workshops and keeping updated with the latest research in physical health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from surgical interventions, managing chronic pain, or rehabilitating from injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.

Compensation and Benefits
