Work Environment\n

This role is remote, utilizing a telehealth platform to facilitate video conferencing with clients. You will be equipped to work from your home but will remain an integral part of our cohesive team, participating in regular virtual meetings for supervision and professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools to diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders accurately.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate engaging individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques suited to each client's situation.

• Empower clients through teaching effective coping mechanisms and self-care techniques, helping them develop skills for managing their symptoms.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive holistic and comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will help clients who vary in age, background, and presenting issues, including those dealing with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, grief, and relationship-related challenges. You will work primarily with clients who have opted for telehealth services, ideally suited for those seeking convenience and flexibility while receiving mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

• Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual, couple, and group counseling services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with diverse client populations.

• Empathetic and non-judgmental approach in all interactions with clients.

• Adept at managing time independently, with the capability to juggle a flexible schedule to meet client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and online counseling modalities.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
