Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to meet each client's specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy techniques to individuals, families, couples, and groups, focusing on a range of mental health issues.

• Implement various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to address specific client concerns.

• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care, sharing insights and treatment progress during regular team meetings.

• Document clinical progress accurately and timely in compliance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality throughout.

• Participate in continuous professional development workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
