Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using an array of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and the integrity of records.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to devise integrated care strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, attending workshops and training to stay abreast of advancements in the counseling field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania is essential for this role.
