Key Responsibilities:

* Handle all aspects of insurance defense and civil litigation, including case assessment, strategy development, and client communication.
* Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
* Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex issues.
* Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
* Collaborate with clients and team members to achieve optimal results.
* Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, document requests, and depositions.
* Provide strategic advice to clients in various industries.

Qualifications

* 1-5 years of experience in insurance defense and/or civil litigation.
* Strong academic credentials and exceptional legal writing skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting while also working independently.
* Admission to the state bar of PA.
