Executive Director - Hospice

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospice healthcare management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster relationships. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to guide the organization towards its mission and objectives. Oversee the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and JCAHO standards. Manage the operational aspects of the organization, including budgeting, resource allocation, and program development. Foster a culture of excellence by promoting staff development, engagement, and performance improvement initiatives. Collaborate with the Board of Directors to establish long-term goals and strategies for growth and sustainability. Build strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies to enhance service delivery. Monitor industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure organizational adaptability and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Care preferred. Must have three (3-5) years of experience in hospice health care management. Proven experience in hospice healthcare management roles. Strong knowledge of JCAHO standards and regulatory requirements within the healthcare sector. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
