Oversee the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and JCAHO standards. Manage the operational aspects of the organization, including budgeting, resource allocation, and program development. Foster a culture of excellence by promoting staff development, engagement, and performance improvement initiatives. Collaborate with the Board of Directors to establish long-term goals and strategies for growth and sustainability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Care preferred. Must have three (3-5) years of experience in hospice health care management.
