Sales Executive: Enterprise AI Automation, R37 - Phare

Overview Employer Industry: Healthcare Technology Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $181,244.55 per year Sales commission eligibility with a target OTE ranging from $425k-$475k+ based on experience Opportunity to lead sales initiatives for an innovative AI-assisted coding and CDI platform Chance to build and nurture executive-level relationships within the healthcare industry Competitive benefits package and a supportive work environment Opportunity for continuous learning and career advancement in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare landscape Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition with hospitals, health systems, and large provider groups Own the full enterprise sales process, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, and contracting Build and nurture strong executive-level relationships across Revenue Cycle, HIM, Compliance, and IT Partner with Product and Marketing to translate customer needs into sales enablement materials and refine messaging Develop repeatable sales motions, forecasting discipline, and scalable processes as the team grows Qualifications Extensive sales experience with a strong track record in selling healthcare SaaS/AI solutions to enterprise provider organizations Deep understanding of healthcare, particularly revenue cycle operations, and relevant C-suite and VP-level industry relationships Outstanding interpersonal skills and executive presence, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders Proven problem-solving ability and comfort with consultative, solution-based selling High intellectual curiosity, ownership mindset, and a self-starter mentality Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets in a high-growth, fast-moving environment Highly collaborative with a track record of working effectively across teams #HealthcareTechnology #SalesLeadership #AIinHealthcare #CareerGrowth #CompetitiveBenefits We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
