Identify and prioritize target markets and clients based on strategic value and funding opportunities. Operational Excellence Optimize the client and employee experience through regular reviews while driving process improvements. Collaborate with local area leaders to strategically drive the business with a focus on the key performance indicators (KPIs) of pipeline health, win ratio, sales, funding, and as-sold margin. Expertise Utilize our extended reach of technical and subject matter experts (SMEs) across regions, districts, offices and the globe to foster new and innovative client delivery. Leverage our broad technical experience to enhance current and new service offerings and provides strategic direction and leadership of local Client Engagement Teams. Who You Are Required Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of experience Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Planning, Business, or related discipline. Demonstrated experience of leadership, personal accountability, persistence, and goal oriented. Ability to innovate and re-think the conventional approach to client and employee engagement. Sound decision-making, strategic and visionary thinking, and creative business development capabilities across a multi-disciplined practice. Strongly established relevant client relationships and industry contacts in the local area. Commitment to internal and external client service. Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. Compensation:Expected Salary: $175,500- $352,990WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
