Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health to identify diagnoses and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities to foster personal growth and support client goals.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic objectives and monitor progress throughout the treatment process.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe space for clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Provide teletherapy support to accommodate clients unable to attend in-person sessions, utilizing leading virtual care platforms.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular case consultations and professional development workshops to hone clinical skills and stay informed on the latest therapeutic practices and research.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Possession of a current state-issued LMFT license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
