Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering a safe and trusting atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will serve includes individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or group therapy sessions.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to balance administrative duties and client care.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly and foster therapeutic rapport.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
