Jr Scrum Master

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Jr Scrum Master

Position type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Location:- 3 days onsite role at Charlotte, NC

As a Jr Scrum Master, you will:
Details:  Need junior candidate with 2–3 years of hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
Must Haves:

1. 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
2. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
3. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
4. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
5. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
2. Guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles.
3. Remove blockers and foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
4. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed backlog.
5. Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
6. Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
7. Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience working in a hybrid or remote team environment.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $35- $38 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
