Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team in a production support role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and resolving incidents, analyzing batch flows, and ensuring service restoration. This position requires collaboration with a global team and a commitment to delivering high-quality support in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with Oracle/PL SQL, Unix/Linux, Autosys, JIL script, windows/networking basics
• Understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change management
• Overall experience of 3 to 5 years
• Exposure to working in a global team
• ITIL / SRE certification

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Triage incidents and take complete ownership to ensure the restoration of service/issue/failure
• Analyze batch flow, identify issues, fix them, and ensure proper batch completion
• Collaborate with a global team to provide level two production support
